Qualcomm Faces Second Antitrust Class Action

Law360, New York (May 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Qualcomm Inc. is looking to move an antitrust consumer class action from state court to district court, where the company is already facing a similar suit brought by stockholders claiming the company engaged in anti-competitive behavior in the market for certain cell phone chip sets.
