Adelphia Creditors Rankled By $9M Fee Request

Law360, New York (May 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Well over a year after Adelphia Communications Corp. exited bankruptcy protection, two of the cable company's Chapter 11 committees have objected to a request for a $9 million transaction fee by the financial adviser for the equity security holders committee.
