By Natalie Rodriguez (November 19, 2014, 3:52 PM EST) -- Developer Sam Chang is said to be launching yet another Manhattan hotel project after inking a 99-year triple-net lease for a parking lot on East 24th Street, the Commercial Observer reported, citing an interview with Chang. The developer's McSam Hotel Group is planning a 100-room operation on the site, which will be vacated by Champion Parking in about six months, the Commercial Observer said. Chang has a number of local projects in the works and recently sold one of its newly constructed hotels to Hersha Hospitality Trust for $85.2 million.
