BofA Triumphs In Global Trade Technology Battle

Law360 (April 4, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a big upset, a federal jury has handed defendants Bank of America N.A. and S1 Corporation a victory in a long-simmering patent infringement suit brought by TradeCard Inc. over a purchase order processing system (POPS).

Last week, a jury in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled that Bank of America and S1 Corporation had not infringed TradeCard’s patent, entitled "Full Service Trade System."
