Top IP Awards Of 2014 — And The Firms That Won Them
Law360, New York (February 13, 2015, 7:53 PM EST) -- There were eight intellectual property awards in 2014 that exceeded $100 million, all of them in patent cases, but attorneys say that many of those substantial sums are at risk of being reduced on appeal since the Federal Circuit has heightened its scrutiny of damages awards.
