Judge Stands By Some Atty Rebukes In Audi Oil Sludge MDL

Law360, New York (March 17, 2015, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge handling multidistrict litigation over oil sludge in Volkswagen AG and Audi AG engines refused on Tuesday to strike portions of an order stating some co-lead counsel should never again be appointed to that role because of "internal rancor" among plaintiffs attorneys.
