Calif. Appeals Court Overturns Class Cert In Chili's Suit

Law360 (July 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California appeals court overturned class certification in a wage-and-hour suit against the owner of Chili's Grill & Bar on Tuesday, saying that the company only had to provide employees with meal breaks, not ensure the employees took them.
