1 Of 3 Claims In T-Mobile Suit Headed To Arbitration

Law360, New York (July 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has partially granted T-Mobile USA Inc.'s motion to compel arbitration in a proposed class action filed by three customers over roaming fees.

The complaint, filed in January in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, alleges that the phone company did not properly inform customers of the possible roaming fees they would be charged for receiving voice mail message notifications while abroad.
