CORRECTED: Dell, HP Win Fees As IP Firm Niro Haller Sanctioned Again

U.S District Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer in May 2014 ruled Dell, HP and Sharp are entitled to attorneys' fees after fending off the patent infringement suit brought by inventor Daniel Henderson's company, Intellect Wireless Inc. In that order, Judge Pallmeyer found Intellect Wireless engaged in "egregious" conduct and lied to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office...
