Kaye Scholer Moves To Dismiss Malpractice Case

Law360, New York (August 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York-based Kaye Scholer LLP has moved to dismiss a malpractice suit filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas by a client in an antitrust suit, arguing that the court has no personal jurisdiction over the firm or its two attorneys who were also sued.
