By Andrew McIntyre ( June 8, 2015, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Bixby Land Co. has sold a four-building office park in Silicon Valley to MetLife Real Estate Advisors-owned MCP Trimble Campus LLC for $96 million, the Silicon Valley Business Journal reported. Bixby and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers bought the 250,000-square-foot property, located in San Jose at Trimble Road and Orchard Parkway, for $29.5 million in 2012, and since undertook major renovations and improvements at the property, the report said....
