Weiler represents multinational companies and private equity firms in M&A and joint venture transactions and advises some of the world's largest funds of funds on secondary acquisitions of private equity interests. He also is considered one of Europe's leading attorneys advising issuers in the cross-border private placement market, the firm said. Weiler has practiced in London for more than 17 years and previously practiced in New York, Stockholm and Helsinki.
