Judge Grants Class Cert. To Ill. AT&T Workers

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has conditionally certified a class of workers at AT&T Inc. call centers in Illinois who claim that the telecommunications company owes them for unpaid overtime and wages just days after a different judge declined to certify a similar class in Wisconsin.
