BIA OKs Reservation For Wash. Tribe Seeking Casino

Law360, New York (November 13, 2015, 9:46 PM EST) -- The Bureau of Indian Affairs has proclaimed land taken into trust in Clark County, Washington, as the initial reservation of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe in Washington state, which is the subject of litigation over the tribe's gaming plans, according to Friday's Federal Register.
