9/11 Families Continue Push For Dubai Islamic Bank Docs

Law360, New York (December 14, 2015, 5:59 PM EST) -- Victims and family members of those killed in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on Friday asked a magistrate judge to force Dubai Islamic Bank to abandon its “remarkably narrow” view of information it must provide about its role in funneling money used to fund the attacks.

In a letter to U.S. Magistrate Judge Frank Maas filed in federal district court in Manhattan, the plaintiffs said that the Dubai Islamic Bank has been stonewalling them about information related to accounts opened by specific al Qaeda top leaders,...
