Webkinz Antitrust Cases Consolidated

Law360, New York (October 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three putative class action cases alleging that the maker of Webkinz toys forced retailers to buy unrelated products through an illegal tying arrangement were consolidated into a multidistrict litigation case on Friday.
