Zyprexa MDL Judge Orders Conn. To Produce Records

Law360, New York (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge in charge of discovery in the multidistrict litigation over Eli Lilly & Co.'s Zyprexa has ordered Connecticut's attorney general to hand over the medical records of hundreds of state Medicaid patients in the ongoing battle over the marketing of the anti-psychotic drug.
