DraftKings, FanDuel Slammed Over Legal Strategy

Law360, Philadelphia (February 19, 2016, 7:25 PM EST) -- The daily fantasy sports industry was roundly excoriated Friday at the University of Pennsylvania Sports Law Symposium, as a panel of lawyers ripped its key players — DraftKings and FanDuel — for misinterpreting federal law and antagonizing regulators, and said their future was on the line in New York.
