Law360, New York (February 24, 2016, 4:27 PM EST) -- Some 500 Volkswagen drivers have hit the beleaguered car manufacturer with their first consolidated complaint in the sprawling multidistrict litigation in California over the company's cheating on emissions standards, contending the fraud is taking a financial, environmental and human toll.
