By Andrew McIntyre ( March 11, 2016, 12:09 PM EST) -- The Fontainebleau Miami Beach has scored an additional $260 million in financing, increasing the hotel's loan to $795 million, according to a report on Friday from the South Florida Business Journal. The new financing, which replaces commercial mortgaged-back securities financing on the property, consists of $397.5 million each from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Bank of China Ltd., according to the report. The 1,504-room hotel is South Florida's largest, the journal said....
