Cuomo Digs Further Into BofA's Exec Bonuses

Law360, New York (November 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has reportedly issued a subpoena demanding additional answers from Bank of America Corp. about its executive compensation scheme.

On Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Cuomo had served Bank of America with the subpoena, allegedly chiding the company for failing to sufficiently respond to his information requests the first time around.

Cuomo’s subpoena demanded details on the company's expected bonus pool this, according to the Journal.

But Bank of America indicated to the newspaper that it had cooperated fully...
