FanDuel Will Cut Paid Contests In Texas Under AG Deal

Law360, Dallas (March 4, 2016, 6:53 PM EST) -- Online fantasy sports site FanDuel will stop accepting paid entries in Texas in May as part of a Friday settlement with the state attorney general, though FanDuel continues to dispute the attorney general’s opinion that the contests are unlawful.
