NBA Team Requests Stay In Ticketmaster Suit

Law360 (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers have asked to stay proceedings in their antitrust and breach of contract litigation with Ticketmaster LLC pending an appeal of a permanent injunction barring the basketball team from using a rival ticket vendor's software for online ticket reselling.
