By Andrew McIntyre ( April 11, 2016, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Chicago developer L3 Capital LLC has purchased a bar on West Weed Street in Chicago for $9.3 million, according to a report on Monday from Crain's Chicago Business Journal. The firm has purchased the 16,500-square-foot Joe's Bar at 940 W. Weed St. from a venture that includes Tom DiSanto and Ed Warm, the journal said.
