Yogi’s Ex-Atty Must Accept $4.6M Award Or Face New Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (April 13, 2016, 10:01 PM EDT) -- The California judge overseeing an attorney’s sex harassment suit against yoga guru Bikram Choudhury said Wednesday a jury’s $6.4 million punitive damages award was too high relative to actual damages, adding that the attorney can either accept a reduced $4.6 million award or he will order a new damages trial.
