Visa, BofA Urge Justices To Review ATM Fee Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (April 19, 2016, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Visa, MasterCard and banks such as Bank of America have urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review the D.C. Circuit’s move last year to revive a putative class action that claims the defendants conspired to stifle competition and inflate ATM fees, arguing the ruling effectively brands associations as “walking conspiracies.”
