Law360, New York (April 28, 2016, 8:24 PM EDT) -- Nearly 250 shift managers who sued Avis Budget Car Rental LLC over unpaid overtime wages scored final approval of a $7.8 million settlement to end two long-running Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions, according to a New York federal court order made public Thursday.
U.S. District Judge Eric N. Vitaliano adopted a magistrate judge’s March report and recommendation that the $7.8 million settlement be approved with a few modifications.
