Adelson Fights Ex-Chauffeur Subpoena In WSJ Libel Fight

Law360, New York (May 11, 2016, 10:48 PM EDT) -- Billionaire casino mogul Sheldon Adelson asked the Second Circuit on Wednesday to stay a judge’s order allowing for the deposition of his former chauffeur for a libel case he filed against a Wall Street Journal reporter over a description of him as “foul-mouthed,” saying a pause is needed while he appeals the ruling.
