JPMorgan Brokers' Overtime Lawsuit OK To Proceed

Law360 (December 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that two former JPMorgan Chase & Co. brokers can sue the financial firm for violating federal and state labor laws by failing to properly pay them for all hours worked over 40 per week.
