Time Warner Cable TV Box MDL To Play Out In NY

Law360 (December 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has decided to centralize in a New York court litigation accusing Time Warner Inc. of running afoul of the Sherman Antitrust Act by tying and bundling the lease of cable boxes to the ability to obtain premium cable services.
