BofA, DataTern Resolve Web Site Patent Dispute

Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Software company DataTern Inc. has reached a settlement with Bank of America NA, one of numerous defendants in a lawsuit it filed earlier this year over Web design patents.

A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas approved the parties' stipulation to dismiss their claims against each other on Tuesday, noting the dismissal was subject to the terms of a November settlement agreement between the parties.
