Ltd. is planning to convert roughly three quarters of the rooms at the Waldorf Astoria in New York to private apartments, according to a report on Sunday from The Wall Street Journal that cited sources with knowledge of the matter. Anbang is planning to remove roughly 1,110 hotel rooms from the 1,413-room hotel and sell the new units as condos, according to the report....
