Ford Blasts Bid For Class Cert. In Power Steering Suit

Law360, New York (September 20, 2016, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. blasted a certification bid by a proposed class of drivers who say the power steering in some of its Focus and Fusion cars is prone to sudden failure, telling a California federal judge on Monday there’s nothing common about the group’s claims.
