Playboy Wins $7M In Years-Long Energy Drink Trademark Row

Friday in a long-running dispute between the brand and the maker of an energy drink bearing its name, awarding Playboy more than $5 million in damages for trademark infringement.

Following a nearly month-long trial, a jury agreed with Playboy that its licensing agreement with Play Beverages LLC and CirTran Beverage Corp. had ended and the brand was entitled to damages from CirTran's continued sale of Playboy Energy Drink.
