Class Certified In RadioShack Mileage Suit

Law360, New York (February 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has granted class certification to a group of former RadioShack Corp. employees alleging that the electronics chain did not reimburse the employees for business trips they made using their personal vehicles.

Judge Edward Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted certification on Thursday and allowed the class leave to file an amended complaint.
