Real Estate Rumors: NYC Apartments, LaSalle, Driftwood

By Andrew McIntyre (November 30, 2016, 7:11 PM EST) -- The Starrett City apartment complex in Brooklyn is eyeing a refinance of its $531 million Freddie Mac loan from Wells Fargo, and owners of the property are in discussions with four banks, The Real Deal reported Wednesday. The property comprises 46 buildings and 5,881 units, and the existing loan from Wells Fargo expires in 2019, according to the report. The owners, a group of investors that includes the late Disque Deane's family, have enlisted CBRE Group Inc. to help find refinancing, Real Deal said....
