Dallas Patent Atty Permanently Banned from Fed. District

Law360, New York (November 28, 2016, 6:27 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday permanently barred a Dallas attorney from practicing in her district, saying his repeated failures to properly conduct cases and respond to court orders justified the drastic measure.

In her order, Chief Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn for the Northern District of Texas said attorney Austin Lee Hansley was suspended in September but afforded an opportunity to comply with a previous order in a patent case.
