Investors In Golf Club's Landlord Seek Docs From Insurer

Law360, New York (November 30, 2016, 9:45 PM EST) -- Shareholders who say their company undervalues the land it leases to the famed Winged Foot Golf Club urged a New York federal court Tuesday to force an insurer to produce documents they say could show the landowner’s directors knowingly stiffed investors.
