Calif. Appeals Court Rejects Bid To Block $1B Warriors Arena

Law360, Los Angeles (November 30, 2016, 9:57 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday cleared the way for the NBA's Golden State Warriors to build a new $1 billion arena in San Francisco, affirming the denial of two citizen groups' petitions and ruling the city's environmental review of the project was sufficient.
