Judge Tosses ERISA Claims Against HSBC

Law360 (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has dismissed the last remaining claims in a class action case brought by employees of a computer consulting company who claimed that HSBC Bank failed to pay them wages and pension plan contributions for two years after it took over the company.
