By Andrew McIntyre ( January 5, 2017, 5:47 PM EST) -- Children's books publisher Abrams has inked a deal to lease 41,982 square feet of space on Broadway in Manhattan, Commercial Observer reported on Wednesday. The company is taking space at 195 Broadway and has signed a 15-year lease for all of the ninth floor at the 29-story property, according to the report.
