Shareholder Can't Sue Texas Ticket Exec In Ill., Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 14, 2017, 2:25 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal court Monday dismissed a shareholder suit against an executive in a sports and entertainment ticket sales site for lack of diversity, saying the shareholder had failed to prove the executive was lying about where he lived.
