Comcast False Ad Suit Worth ‘Little Money,’ Judge Says

Law360, San Francisco (April 20, 2017, 10:09 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge said Thursday he’ll likely dismiss a putative class action alleging Comcast tacks on hidden cable fees, but said even though the suit may be worth “very, very little money,” the subscribers can replead and will likely be able to proceed with misrepresentation claims.
