FastShip Snags $6.5M IP Win Against Navy, Sues Lockheed

Law360, Los Angeles (April 28, 2017, 10:35 PM EDT) -- FastShip LLC won a $6.5 million infringement verdict against the U.S. Navy on Friday over its patented ship hull technology, the same day it launched a trade secrets suit against Lockheed Martin and a naval design firm for allegedly violating non-disclosure agreements to fulfill a Navy ship contract.
