FastShip Snags $6.5M IP Win Against Navy, Sues Lockheed

U.S. Federal Claims Judge Charles F. Lettow awarded FastShip $6.45 million in damages as of September 2006, saying certain claims in U.S. Patent Nos. 5,231,946 and 5,080,032 were "valid and directly infringed" by the Navy's new littoral combat ships.
