No Easy Path For Renewable Energy

Law360 (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal and state governments have been encouraging more renewable energy generation amid growing U.S. electricity demand and concerns about security and climate change due to our reliance on fossil fuels.

The recently adopted economic stimulus package contains a number of measures intended to move toward President Obama’s target of quadrupling, to 10 percent, the amount of electricity from renewable sources by 2012.
