Justices Give Hawaii Until Tuesday For Travel Ban Response

Law360, New York (July 17, 2017, 5:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Saturday gave Hawaii until noon Tuesday to respond to the Trump administration’s bid for the high court to clarify how the revised travel ban should apply to “close family” and refugees after a Hawaii federal court recently broadened the government’s guidance.
