Google Memo Author's NLRB Charge Tees Up Tough Fight

Law360, New York (August 10, 2017, 9:16 PM EDT) -- The Google employee recently fired after writing a divisive memo criticizing the company's diversity policies chose the best possible venue for arguing that his controversial statements were legally protected by filing a National Labor Relations Board charge, as opposed to turning to the courts or another agency, experts said, but he still faces an uphill battle.
