Dow Pollution Class Attys Tell 10th Circ. They Deserve Fees

Law360, New York (October 12, 2017, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Three individual class counsel who say they were denied a share of the $150 million in fees for their part in a $375 million settlement with Dow Chemical Co. and another company in a nuclear pollution lawsuit told the Tenth Circuit on Wednesday that it can rule on their claims.
