Intel, Dell Settle With CSIRO Over Wireless Patent

Law360 (April 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Intel Corp. and Dell Inc. have resolved a long-running dispute with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization over its wireless local area network patent, making the technology giants the latest in a string of companies to reach deals with the Australian national science research agency.
