2 Firms Blast Ford's Claims They Misled Settlement Opt-Outs

Law360, New York (October 30, 2017, 9:29 PM EDT) -- Two law firms representing thousands of Ford Fiesta and Focus drivers who opted out of a class action settlement over allegedly defective transmissions told a California federal court Saturday that the automaker’s claims that they misled their clients in order to get them to opt out are baseless and defamatory.
